    User account was deleted at the users request, this leaves all of the users posts showing as guest usergreoup.

    It's an old post that probably happened during a maintenance session

    Some forums will allow a guest to post and sometimes things get messed up during a rebuild.

    If the post was current then John would need to take a look :)
