Windows 7 x64 finally!

1) Great initial post / thread
2) One question (hoping it has not been asked and answered, I could not go through the whole thread, I was rolling on the floor laughing way before that. Glados cake reference was brilliant...): are there guidelines for a "-rep", or just good old common sense?
My jokes are so bad that I worry sometimes...
Tks

Neg rep'ing

If the OP is clearly violating rules, being personal, flaming, trolling, etc. Use your judgement but remember if you slap someone they may slap back. I think we all know when someone deserves it. I have only used it twice but hey thats me

Actually the only guideline is that you give half of you rep hen you neg rep someone. You will have to decide yourself if neg repping someone is appropriate but let me warn you that if you neg rep someone for no good reason...the MODS/ADMINS will notice

To me, it's easier to use the "Report Post" at the top right in every post; I can't remember ever neg repping someone.

Edit: Good point Zidane.

Tks Zidane, but I am afraid I didn't understand. Do you mean it carries only half of the rep power when we neg rep somebody?
I don't intend or have a reason to do so, just curious. I noticed someone with a grey square and made me wonder what he/she could have done.

Today like yesterday a lot of time with my wife. Tonight we pick her mother in about an hour and go wining and dining all together.
