I've been following that thread. It's funny how some things seem to be too difficult to understand to these "professionals". Starting from the basics: how to add images to my post? I'm only a software developer; please tell me why my incompatible application causes issues?

The last developer that I spoke to ended up not even working in IT, unless the mailroom is on the IT floor. If its over their head, it always will be

You might find it helpful to use the Permalink button when referring to another specific post.

Step 1 - On the particular post - click Permalink - this puts the exact post number URL in the address bar

Step 2 - Copy the address bar URL and use that for your link
I know permalink, it's just that to understand those posts 7 and 8, it is better to first read the OP. So, instead of typing three links, lazy me just put one.

Using permalink quite often, when it better suits the purpose.

A few courses in "Gibberish 101" might help, to get 'em out of the mailroom...
