Well IMO that James Belushi** is just about the worst I've seen for a very long time - where did Arnie go??
When you mentioned "Arnie", it reminded me of Tom Arnold. That guy is not funny or a good actor but he seems to show up in a movie or on TV every once in a while. I just don't know how he continues to get paid.

This not a case of what annoys me, rather one of what confuses me. In the Beta and RC releases of the OS (such as Windows 8 Developer Preview (W8DP), which I'm running now), there is an expiry date that gives the date when the evaluation period for the OS finishes. Currently for W8DP, this is 11/03/2012. Does this mean 11th March or 3rd November? It would be far less confusing if they chose the 13th as the earliest day of the month for this sort of thing.
I know what you mean, different disciplines have different conventions.

When I look at it I have to stop, and think, if the first set is >12, then that is days of month, and then it forces me to look at the middle set to run the same proof.

Microsoft does not help, there are seven different formats for the short date in Region and Language.cpl
The International Organization for Standardization | ISO 8601 standard is YYYY-MM-DD.

You are probably acutely aware that the preview ends March 11, 2012, but is that 11/03/2012 - 00:00:00:0001 or 11/03/2012 - 23:59:59.9999?

Life is a bowl of prunes.

You can eat them from the bowl.
You can make bread with them.
    You can juice them.

The end result is still the same.
And now, from a bag while on the go for busy people.

@Anak, the end time for W8DP will be 00:00:00 Mar 12 2012, that's when the 11th is over.

Waiting at the doctors is a fact of life. == My doctor opens at 8:30 AM. I have had the 8:30 AM appointment before and still had to wait. How could he be behind schedule before he starts????

Errrr well in my case my MO starts off by going to the hospital first then to the surgery - its' the accident and emergency places that get up my nose as after working in a few I know how slow they can be run, especially when some dill presents with a week old injury and gets in before you.
