Even after Googling, I think that only Shakespeare really understood what he meant by pribbling. What I found was quite vague and varied. However it is clear that it is not complimentary.

Being vertically challenged having the car serviced by some 6 foot 4 inch beanpole of a kid and they don't put the seat back to it's original position.

Now it wouldn't e so bad if the service didn't cost an arm and a leg!

I would rather deal with that as long as they remember to put plastic covers over the seat before they drive it out of the shop in their greasy, grimy overalls

What annoyed me with my "car shop" were positions on the bill that they charge for without doing anything. Granted it's only a few bucks but generally a sign for bad business. Makes you wonder where else you've been ripped off.

Example: I made sure I filled the Window washer yet they tried to charge me for washer fluid.
or instead of changing the (marked) oil filter they just wiped it clean.
Needless to say they've never seen me again.

I was on a party a few weeks ago, and i was installing NFS Carbon on my friend's poor C2D + 8400GS laptop. A guy came up and said: " Will it work? ". I said: " OFC, if it worked on my Pentium 4, it will work here ", and then he said: " Well, d'uh, it's not like there's a pentium 5" and then "explained" to me that all CPUs are divided into Pentium 1, 2, 3, 4 and 4 OC'd. The worst thing was that he though he was a computer expert and he thought he could make viruses ( with one of 10 gazilion stupid apps ). Oh man my veins were filled with anger! So i guess you could say, dumbasses annoy me.
