HP service and UPS! (re: Today [9])

Had to send one of my two HP Envy 17 laptops to service. I was told it takes maximum of two weeks, so Thursday 9th I called HP and told they can pick up the laptop anytime. According to UPS tracking sitem they have got the pick up order from HP only about one hour after my call. This far everything OK.

But then UPS needed 4 days to deliver it 500 kilometers away, 4 days for an express delivery (HP told me that as a premium customer, all shipping is automatically express). And now I called to ask whats happening, HP customer service told me service has written on my ticket they expect to receive parts needed on 7th of March, 4 weeks after I sent the laptop. BTW, customer service did not know which parts are needed or what's wrong with my laptop...

I have been a loyal HP customer longer I care to think. I have always been happy for the HP customer service. Everything between me and HP has always worked. But now I am thinking to throw away all our HP's.

    That really sucks.
However, this is what they think about their services:

Talkin of gas, I discovered on TV tonight that our star, the Sun, consists of 75% hydrogen, 24% helium and trace elements that make up the remaining 1%.

Incredible though it may seem, the star burns off 4,000,000 tons of gas (mass) per second to give us our energy and warmth here on Earth.

Apparently, it's good for another 5billion years, so no need to panic just yet.

    Dunno about that Dennis.

However, it reminded me of the three Irishmen who decided to build a space craft to land on the Sun.

When it was pointed out they'd get burned to a frazzle, they replied: "We've thought of that. We're going at night."

And suns are fusion machines that create heavier elements in the periodic table. I understand supernovas produce even the most heavy elements.
So you are literally made from old stars/suns. That's heavy stuff.

I was one of the three Irishmen!
We took of from the Cape and made a pit stop on the moon where we got
drunk at a Pub and never did find our spaceship. Must have been the altitude.
