i enjoy everything related to computers, and i would like to get a job in computer repairs to learn some more but i think you need to have an a+ certification and i dont have that

I have hired people without the certifications before. History is rife with examples of great minds rising from the ranks of apprenticeship.
Consider how far you can travel/commute without assistance. You must know that you can reliably maintain a schedule first. Then, locate the small PC shops in that range. Go talk to the owner. You never know.
Browse CraigsList for individuals offering PC services and send them an email introducing yourself and your interests. You never know.
