Welcome to Windows 7 Forums. Our forum is dedicated to helping you find support and solutions for any problems regarding your Windows 7 PC be it Dell, HP, Acer, Asus or a custom build. We also provide an extensive Windows 7 tutorial section that covers a wide range of tips and tricks.
Hi users -please post when your problem is fixed (or even not fixed)
now I don't mind spending some time trying to help people and am glad for the hints and fixes I've got off these sites --but it does seem to me to be a trend with some of the newer users that they post a problem --you reply --and these guys never post a follow up --like it worked or didn't work.
In either case the answer would be good to know as it certainly could help giving out bad info in future cases wasting lots of peoples time.
A one line post doesn't take long and seeing the amount of people around whose thumbs are always doing something on their phones it can't be too hard even if they aren't at a computer.

Libraries won't open, locked out of Users. KB2590550 fixed it. So I'm doing my usual surfing on the internet and suddenly my Libraries refuse to open or be accessible. I can't access Documents, Pictures, Videos, & I can't open My Computer without right-clicking on the desktop icon. Now I'm getting an action alert. Windows Security Service Center has stopped...
fail to post after restart, but fixed with reset button Windows 7 x64 Professional. I have several issues. Most notable is the fact that I will tell the system to restart (shutdown menu) and it will eventually restart (sometimes hangs at "logging off...") then fails to post after shutting down on the restart. If I manually toggle my reset button, the...

EXE Problem fixed, but what about my Icons? So I just had a minor panic attack. I hadthe EXE error, which I assumed was a virus. I changed my registry and rebooted my computer, and everything is running fine. My only issue now is I have BitTorrent symbols on 3/4s of my desktop and a bit of my toolbar. Is there any way to reset these?
problem fixed itself..... Gah, i got a phone call from my parents that live about 15 mins away, saying their printing isnt working.
I personally fixed this computer and set it all up myself AND checked to make sure it worked. So i get the call, and start heading that way. About 10 mins into the drive she calls me back...
