I certainly won't be doing THIS today

    Hi all
Hope you had a great XMAS

Can you imagine doing anything more HORRIBLE than THIS today.

BBC News - Shoppers brave Boxing Day sales

I'm going to be enjoying an English Premier Football league game at Old Trafford (Manchester Utd V Wigan) after a nice lunch in an English Pub with a friend where I've been spending XMAS.

Seems to me a MUCH MUCH better way of enjoying the day.

Hope you are enjoying the day too

    Cheers

Ditto to that. Although I'm jealous, would love to be at that game also but I for one will not be stepping back into any store until at least the new year. Not my idea of fun hitting the sales.

Yep, I think it'll be that way all over...let the after Christmas sales begin!

Oh yeah, add to the fact that most Govt & State workers have the day off since Christmas fell on a Sunday, there's going to be a lot of people in the stores today.

Two days of the year I do not go shopping; the day after Thanksgiving (US), and the day after Christmas. People can be just horrible on those two days. . .

if you ever catch down the city in a shop shoot me. I prefer to shop online, true you have to wait longer to receive your goods but it suits me fine. I can't stand the christmas rush as people always get in your way. it came to the stage where if I didn't shop online I'd end up taking a machine gun down to my local shopping centre and gunning everyone down. At least I shop in peace.
