    Jacquie Lawson e-cards support forums

An alumni of mine is unable to receive e-cards from Jacquie Lawson.
She is a JL member, and has no problem sending e-cards, but if someone sent her one, she needed the sender to provide a code so she could go to website and open the card.
She has Adobe Flash Player installed.
I tried google for JL support forums for her, but I could not find any.

    Any suggestions ?

Has she tried an email to them, there is a contact us button on the main page I believe. I don't think there are any forums, what happens when she clicks the link in the email she gets informing her she has a card waiting ?

    Thank you for replying.
My alumni said she never received a notifiation of e-card sent to her.

This is her reply when I asked about the e-card notification :
I never got notification that I received e card. The sender got notification that the card was successfully sent to me, but that although it was sent, it remained "unopened." This is because I never received the card, so how I could I open it?

See if this helps: E-cards from Jacquie Lawson. Animated Holiday Greetings, Musical Cards and more E-cards featuring Chudleigh. Click on I sent the card to the correct address but the recipient says it never arrived under the section Sending e-cards.

She said no, not in junk mail folder or spam folder.
She uses Yahoo Mail. I asked if it is a webmail or a Yahoo Plus. She has yet to reply back.

    Update info.....
She is using Yahoo web-based mail.
Does that make any differences ?
She has been using yahoo webmail for 20 years.

She had no problem when she was using Vista. This problem of not receiving e-cards started after she upgraded to Windows 7.

I've been using yahoo webmail for some years too and their new email program is horrible and slow. I suspect that's where her issue lies.
