[Advice Needed] HTML DIV Self Expanding

So to summarize this topic i made a PC Repair website i got the div divides all set up just need to know how to make the whole out margin self expanding so when i add information and topics it automatically expands the site. New to web programming so need some advice or help. Will upload webpage coding so you can check if needed.
