I just accomplished the "Skilled" badge this morning. Go me! How do I keep track of the # of Reps?

The reps you get and give are in the userCP. Rep you give is called rep power there is the description of rep and badges here Reputation and Badges

My Vista Rep is a flea like 404 points. Only joined in June

In vista how do you see how many rep points anyone else has (not rep power)?

It's actually supposed to be the way it is at vistax64...here, being only moderators and above can see it, but it's never been resolved I suppose, so every user level can see it here.
