E-peen is a term to describe how awesome one thinks he (or she) is on the internet, thus increasing the size of your e-p****. Example: bragging on forums about some internet accomplishment essentially means you're whipping it out for all to see. In cases such as what's going on this thread, it's harmless, and shouldn't bother anyone. In other cases, where it gets annoying, it's like you're e-****slapping someone, which, understandably, p***** them off.
