Fractured at cervical vert 6/7 is a real big thing. You should consider yourself having very blessed life. I believe you did a real fight back there.
I have been thinking to own a cervical protector as I often have Motorbike touring with my motor club. I think you should have one also.

I do consider myself blessed, my wife and I have fought a hard battle getting me to this point in life (which is very good right now).
