If you are having problems with you internet service, you could send the reports to your ISP to show what type of problems are occurring. Just another tool.

That might serve a purpose if the ISP cared or listened. In my experience, the only time that they do is if the service doesn't work at all.

You got a good point. And then they can't find the problem and a day later it magically starts working.
