DSL bandwidth over copper

I'm interested in finding out who gets what bandwidth strictly on ADSL, ADSL2, ADSL2+, ADSL Annex M, or SDSL, over copper phone line pairs (so not FTTC, fibre-optic, etc) and it's just out of pure curiosity...

The above link (and the image in this post) is what I'm getting, on ADSL2+ from Plusnet, and I'm about 1.5km from the telephone exchange.

Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1

I live in a village in cheshire, about 500 metres from the exchange, i'm getting fibre in 2 months
