What does it mean? [placing an image] (html/css)

What does it mean:

display the background image img.jpg

-placed on the center of the right margin (or on the center of the left margin).

-placed on the left border of the column (or the right border of the column)

-placed on the top border of the object

You can reply with codes. I just couldn't understand what it is wanted in these questions.

BSOD when placing 4 of 4 dimms
I've tried everything so far, replacing the motherboard, replacing the ram dimms, replacing the processor, replacing the video card, replacing even the dvd burner.
