Mine too, also seeding, once or twice in a month a late night defrag. These days there's nothing big I'd like to download (as in from 30 to 60 GB), so I just shut it down. I heard it's really bad though, so from now on I'm thinking of just leaving it alone, with no work, and after 20 minutes it'll put itself to sleep. It makes his bed by itself, and after the wake up my daemon beast PC needs no coffee to unleash it's powers!

I once tried sleeping in the living room, where my PC is, but I kept waking up every 5 minutes. I think it snores...
