    Dilemma.

Background: Arc helped me a lot over a week ago. I wanted to rep him; I know Arc does not work for rep but due the distance between us I can't invite him for a Thank You whisky or seven.

When I clicked Arc's rep scales I got the normal "Spread around" dialog, I should first rep X number other members before repping him again. I was thinking that OK, I will rep him when it's possible, remembering that you have to rep 10 members before repping the same member again and apparently Arc was among the 10 last members I had rep'd.

As I can see 7 "Latest reputation Given" on my UserCP and could not see Arc's name there, I thought in a few days I can finally rep him for this after first giving a few other reps for good posts.

I do not give rep often. A post have to be really good, solve an important issue or (egocentric as I am) help me a lot before I click the scales. I do not do "Merry Christmas" or "Thanks for repping me" reps. But I need to rep Arc, what he did for me was so super.

So, after giving rep to TanyaC just now I thought Arc can no longer be among the ten last reps given, for in the beginning he was not on the 7 last list, and since that I have given rep to three more members.

But no. Again "Keep spreading the Joy".

Question: How many members I need to rep before repping the same member again?

Kari on the 1st page it says 16 before you can rep that person again.

    Thanks, Jerry.

How could I miss that? May I blame my Christmas presents? Opened my neighbors present first today, Nicaraguan cigars with Isle of Jura Superstition, an excellent single malt:

Sorry Arc, it might take a few days... Your rep, I mean. Whisky does not survive this night
