    The below dish is called Amritsari Kulcha, a very famous breakfast item in North India.

    Its basically all purpose flour stuffed with onions, cheese, boiled and smashed potatoes and some other spices. Once its stuffed, it is then baked. Its served with Chickpeas (also with curd or pickle) and some butter on the kulcha. That's it. :)
