WOW.... no wonder you guys have to pop pills.. you forget BREAKFAST is the most important
meal of the day, no food in your body all night.. you need nourishment , shortly after you get out of bed, along with water the first thing after getting to the kitchen,( drinking 2 big glasses )

2 bran rusks with butter spread over them and a cup of tea... sometimes sweet french toasts with a cup of tea... sometimes... Omlet with toast slice along with tobasco and mayo with a cup of tea
