Today I had a Bacon Sandwich and Minky had Coley I cooked for her :)

Fried potatoes with onions, garlic, chillies. 2 chicken embryos over easy. Helen had ocean white fish. I worked so hard in the kitchen Helen watching me got tired and is napping after her meal.

I bought some reduced Steak at work last night so me and Minky are having grilled Steak for Breakfast :)

"reduced Steak"? That a steak with some of it cut off?
