    I had a bowl of granola when I got in to work at 8:30am. At about half 10 I then had an egg and bacon sandwich, which is more of a brunch as I skip actual lunch on a Friday to try and finish work a bit earlier.

    It's because we are psychologically attracted to food which contains a higher fat content, it's a main distinct we've had since our ancestors, since food used to be harder to get millions of years ago

    That's just the problem. I'm going for a long brisk walk + 40 situps + 20 pushups. Then a couple of bears to rehydrate (yes I know they don't really do that).
