alas. the only matches i receive, are chesty, bobble-head, blondes.... and for some reason, other 300lb Somalian dudes.

i think i may have made an error when creating 'my' profile....

i slay me

OT.
I agree with most all of what is posted here. the privacy of a given party, boils down to what, said party is willing to reveal. if they are negligent enough to put their entire life on a "wall", i believe the term is, then they are in fact at fault when pedo-van shows up at their door. the lack of understanding a privacy report, is no excuse to attack the site, when borderline ignorance is the culprit. hell. i've never once used my actual identity for any online service. MS actually calls me by Mr. McGriddlez, for g-d sake.

Unfortunately that covers a good portion of those that use Facebook and sites like it. They are also the click-happy one's that keep people that clean computers for a living gainfully employed.

Even if Facebook totally fixes privacy you will never be safe. One of your friends will surely post one of your mistakes to the world.

I had a nice victory this week with Irfanview and OCR (optical character recognition). I had a good quality scan of a page I didn't want to retype. I opened up Irfanview IrfanView - Official Homepage - one of the most popular viewers worldwide and installed the plugin package IrfanView...

How small is small
Looking over the new Sandy Bridge specs, the 32nm (nano meter) technology caught my interest. How small is that really? Well, if you assumed that the distance from the earth to the moon (which is about equivalent to 9 times around the equator) were 1 meter, then 32 nm would be about 10...

Small Prob
Network operates fine. I can communicate in either direction. Both rigs have web access. But something has me stumped. For explanation I have included two clps. HomeI map shows a switch which is in my router. HomeII map shows a question mark in place of the switch. I am not sure where to go to...

Small window and small text
my "taskbar and start menu properties" window's text is SO small. Some of my application window's text face the same problem. The text is tiny that make it impossible to read. I've reset the screen resolution, the text size from 100% to 125 ... but they increase the size of text and the icon on the...
