...over in aussieville aka Australia we have a High Pressure system keeping everything clear so we will definitely be seeing that moon.
You can see the moon from Australia?

    Cool!

thanks for the heads up bill.

Doesn't appear to be the "head" from this angle.

That clip can only be seen in the states seeker. Weather has cleared up today the sun keeps making an appearance from behind white clouds an only a few light grey ones about.

Joan, here is a handy tool I use: Weather.com. I think you will get the 'partly cloudy' deal. From what I can tell, that website works in the UK, although I am sure the UK has some better ones of its own. Seems to predict the weather quite well, I would say a 9/10 or more.

Sorry, I don't have a solution for that. Too bad, because it is not a clip, but a full episode.

Thanks, to be honest I'm not that bothered with the weather there's nothing we can do about it so I just take each day as it comes.

Well it was certainly big and extremely bright.

Went to bed about 3:00am , not overcast so I had a perfect view. Just glancing around, the difference in illumination was very noticeable.

Didn't think about it, until just now (11:40), but while it was quite nice, it didn't look especially different to me. Maybe I've just seen so many super moons, that I'm accustomed to them.
