ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) -- Johnny Depp has been made an honorary member of the Comanche tribe.
Depp is in New Mexico, shooting the film adaptation of "The Lone Ranger." He plays "Ranger" sidekick Tonto in the film.

The Lone Ranger and Tonto are surrounded by Indians and The Lone Ranger asks Tonto what are we going to do. Tonto says "what do you mean WE, paleface"

Being just old enough, all these movies he's been in, I still see him as a cop in the 21 Jumpstreet series.
