If my math is right, In 360 years, we will have fully populated all 8 planets in our solar system. in the next generation after that we will need to fully populate a complete solar system with 448 Billion people that will be year 2372.
    1. Incentives for people to breed less, penalties for those with large families
    2. Euthanasia
    3. Soylent Green, cannibalism
    4. Go to war with another interstellar species

Come on, people, let's get some ideas going - our descendants' quality of life depends on us!

There is only one idea that matters, but I can't mention it. We can contribute to the quality of life of our descendants, but that doesn't mean that they will live any better because of it, for every generation makes it's own choices, for better or worse. However, regardless of any generational choices made, ultimately the quality of life of any specific individual is a matter of his own choices. That doesn't mean that anyone can live in a paradise simply by choosing it. Yet, when a person makes the best of a bad situation, that is a quality of life that few of us achieve.

Quality of life = Happiness (the ultimate currency).
An extremely wealthy person may not have the same quality of life as a poorer disabled person. We are born and we die.

Mmm, the currency of happiness: money can't buy it, but it sure can rent it

Absolutely. Unfortunately it seems to take a lot of time to realize this. One of my sons has a disability which caused me to reach this conclusion.

Those of us who are fortunate learn it before we reach our end.
