    It's a 7 pint can of pale ale - an indispensable party going accessory when I was 15 That and a can opener and you were sorted

    This was popular with the crowd I hung with at 15 even though at the time we knew it was horrible.

    Watneys Red Barrel was I believe the actual contents of the party 7 - never the best beer available, but at 15 you haven't developed the palette for a good single malt or a fine cask condition ale.

    It made you fall over which at that age is the main purpose of alcohol .

    These days although I still drink it is in extreme moderation :)

    Hehe, I fell over a lot back then, my motto then was:

    I don't have a drinking problem, I drink, I get drunk, I fall down, no problem.

    Later in life a female friend got me a hat that said:

    Instant a..hole, just add alcohol.


    August 17 was 12 years sober, not even a beer or any other substance.
