Ummm, Vista, Server 2003, Server 2008 and W7 also have the ability to use a secure login....

Secure CTRL+ALT+DELETE Logon - Vista Forums

Secure Logon - Press CTRL + ALT + DELETE to log on

I use it in both OSs.
