When I mouse over the taskbar buttons, the glow doesn't go away after I move the mouse away. This doesn't happen all the time, but seems to always pop up eventually on every boot, and persists until I restart.
It's done this across several gpu driver updates, so it must be something with Win7....
I ordered some computer stuff at 4a.m. and I had a major brainfart when doing so.

How do i get rid of the white glow that is on the task bar. I am finding it to hard to see my files. i have it set not to group and like to just hit the application that i need. The white glow is doing my eyes in.
i reducing the transparency but the white glow is still there
