    Apologies for absence

Yello guys and girls, thought I'd pop in and update seeing as my activity is non existent, RL has been taking up much of my time, I've got a job as a wine connoisseur for sainsbury's, the lady friend is taking up much of my time as well, I pop on now and again for a nosey, don't worry, this isn't the end of Mr Special Needs.

Spit or swallow? I assume it's the former, based on your sobriety when you return home!
