    District 9

    Movie Home Page

Watched this movie last night & thought to myself.....This ROCKS!!

With a clever blend of NewsCam (Cloverfield) & feature presentation (most other movies) this film delivers a clean crisp mix of gritty, real, life-like drama & state of the art action adventure.

With GFX that rivals some of the biggest hollywood blockbusters, but not so much that it loses the story (the aliens are cool ), this could quickly become an must-see for any fan of action adventure films.
       Note
Don't let the NewsCam part at the beginning put you off, trust me

My Rating = 10/10 all day long

    It's on dvd already? coolness.
i kind of lost faith in Peter Jackson, after that King Kong disaster. the movie was ok, but the prop gorilla killed 8 people in a rage, wasnt pretty... anyhoo.

thanks for very short review . i plan to watch this asap (the previews sold me)

I don't like to think of that 'Giant Ape' movie as a Peter Jackson film, especially after he produced the outstanding Lord of the Rings trilogy. This is not out on DVD yet though, it only just came out in the Cinema

I've not been on the bay for months, the 'extra' one is enough for me
