Except in the States and 1st world countries of course.

If you look towards the bottom of the list, you'll see that those are nations with severe malnutrition problems due to poverty.

Ethiopia for example, is the 14th most populous nation on the planet, but bottom of the list.

I'm fine, always been tall and slim. The only times I was above 9½ stone was when pregnant. I can eat what I like including chocolate and cream cakes, and I do.

The only problem now though is I'm no longer tall due to the osteo and spine collapse, but I've still got really long legs so now I'm a dolly peg.
