    For those of you who are in or near London, I was just curious if the city is crazy about now with the games starting soon. Give us an idea of what it is like and if you are going to any events.

    Yea I'll be putting photos in the other Olympic thread. I'm going down Friday and my events on Tuesday. I'm not looking forward to it though. I was down in London the weekend just gone and the Tube was noticeably busier in the central area. Going to be even busier this weekend as well as 30c weather. May avoid the Tube altogether!

It's just been announced that ground-to-air missiles will be stationed at the Olympic Stadium in London next year. Good Lord, aren't starting pistols good enough these days? :)
