I particularly like "Like A Rolling Stone" and "Positively Fourth Street", not so much for the sentiments
expressed, but for the way in which the true meaning of the lyric gradually becomes clearer,
the more often you examine the piece..
..and his almost "anti-singing" style, half sneer, half whine - really emphasises his words..

such a intelligent writer, at once capable of great emotion, anger and deep heartfelt emotion..
- but lately, also capable of a wry smile and self-deprecation..

I couldn't agree more Bugmeister. Couple more of my favorites of his..... but how do you pick "favorites" from this icon?

I have the two DVD's, "Arriving Somewhere" and "Anesthetize" and I watch them quite a bit, in addition to listening to the albums.

Just brilliant IMO.
From a teenager to an older guy I love this music.
