in Media Center

Hi all, I basically have had windows 7 since its Beta stages and i have never not even once used mediacenter :confused: now I want to I don't know where to start basically I have spent most of the night trying to work it out and I am getting there but I have a question i think it will be...
I just have a quick question. Sorry if I'm out of place here but I don't where else to go. Does anyone know if the Phenom II x4 965 black edition comes with a stock cooling unit. Furthermore do most processors come with a cooling unit? Thanks for any feedback.
