    Posting tips form other sites

I find a few tips on other sites and I am wondering if I m allowed to post the net address of the article or not.

I found a couple of functions / features for 7 in the How to Geek newsletter which I am going to use and thought that they might be of some use to learners like me:)

    Hello John,

That's fine if we don't currently have it here for reference, and if it's not done so in a habitual type of manner to promote that site. :)

For example, it's fine while helping someone with an issue, or in the VIP forum.

    Very good question ICit2lol
My method is simple. If one is in the need for a Tutorial I look for and suggest the Windows 7 Forum Tutorials if available. Our Tutorials have been tested and used by thousands. To me that proves they work. If their is a problem with a Tutorial it is taken care of very quickly. At times some have been adjusted to work better or add information. In my opinion they are probably the most watched over and managed Tutorial on the web. I do not recommend registry tweaks found all over the net. One never know all the problems you could be giving the OP. I at times have asked questions about things I have found on the net in the VIP thread.
