What is Dell's return policy after 21 or 30 days?

Alright I'm just making a new thread because this has nothing to do with how to fix problems on my computer but it's the same computer from https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...-any-game.html . So it has been a while but this is what happened. I was having blue screens and then I asked for a replacement on my graphics card and they replaced my whole motherboard with a new one and a completely different graphics card. Since then I have had a few problems and this computers performance is completely random but I haven't had any blue screens but they are still problems so I've been wondering if I can just return this thing. I have the call numbers for each time I called so they know that I've been having multiple problems but I don't know if I can get it returned since it's been roughly over a year since I first bought this. Also, my computer is still under warranty (I checked) so does anyone know what the return policy is on dell computers, more specifically Alienwares? The only return policies I see are only for certain computers and I do not think they are for just generally all their computers or just Alienwares. Also, I will be calling Dell on this too but I want to ask here because from some of my past calls with them they have given me so much bull shit that I think it's a good idea to ask here as well.

If you have a normal warranty and did not pay extra for it, your calls may be routed to Asia, where you may face some language issues and where you may get varying degrees of a runaround.

That's my personal experience with replacing a failed Dell monitor a few years ago. It took me 11 calls in which I spoke with 10 different people. Unforgivable.

Hope for the best, prepare for the worst, try to keep your aggravation under control, etc.

If you happen to be connected to someone in the USA, you may have better luck.

Alienware stuff is expensive, so it may have a better level of support??

Okay, so what happened was apparently the computer has to have been repaired like 4 times or sent back to tell and they have to determine that they can't fix the problem for it to be exchanged, they didn't say anything about a return but I've called like 5 times for different problems each time but that's not good enough... I just can't get rid of this computer lol. There is no point in trying to sell it on ebay because I doubt I'll even get $1000 off of this >.> if I ever DO get an exchange I will just get the exchange and sell the brand new alienware on ebay then.
