RE : screenshot.

Not sure where to post this.

How do you set up a screenshot in such a way that when someone clicks at it, it will turn full size. Just like what happens here in these forums, but it was done by the forum. I'd like to know if I could do the same thing myself if I posted in other forums ( oh-oh, do I get banned saying that ? )

Thank you.

Hello t-4-2,

After uploading and attaching the image as usual, you would then highlight the code for the image, click on the globe "Insert Link" icon on the post editor toolbar to add and wrap the URL link around the attach code.

I'll add one to your post above now, so you can see when you edit it. :)

It'll have to be a smaller image in a post so as not to get the click to view larger image option that cancels the clickable link though.

I have not made my question clear.
I know how to attach screenshot here at Vista, Seven and Win 8 forums. Did that zillion times...... ha ha ha.

RE : screenshot.-image-28.png

When I was in another foprum, someone posted a screenshot which include a line that says (paraphrase ) " click at this image to see full size ". And it worked.
I am wondering how to do that in other forums.

LOL, I see what you meant now.

When you upload and attach an image here using the usual method below, then you will be able to click on it to see it in full size by default. This is the prefered method here so that you don't have to worry about broken image links in your posts in the future.
Otherwise, you could click on the "Insert Image" icon on the toolbar to add the URL link to the image. When it's posted, it will have the "Click....." link bar on the image like you wanted.
RE : screenshot.-icon.jpg
To do this manually using BB codes, you would type this:

OK. Thank you very much.

I need to attend to something else.
Will try your method later.
