    I just came back from the dentist (took my appointment 2 days ago at a new dentist because I had moved). He took X-rays, did a root canal and cleaned the teeth. Total cost = Zero. It's good to have comprehensive public health insurance.
    My wife, who prefers to have her teeth cleaned in the US (for no obvious reason other than habit), has to dish out $130 each time - and that is just for a cleaning job.
