    I just re-read this; the trademark is just for the logo, there wasn't any sense doing the site nane as that is covered in the domain name, (twice the paperwork).
    That's OK Ted I know these things can be very complex - I wasn't sure what US law stated exactly - over here I believe that once a trademark is registered then it is protected for all uses Physical, Electronic and such.

    when the document went into such detail I was surprised not to see electronic use mentioned
