Which android program is best to remotely find the location of the device, lock if necessary and maybe emit a noise and ring, is there any program that will do this for FREE

sorry but that wont do, you have to pay for tracking and i would like to avoid that

Lookout can track and scream, but you have to pay for remote lock/wipe.
