Recent A+ Tech Interview at CompUSA

OK, so the meeting was brief in the office with the manager. He then called in one of the other workers. He wanted to have the worker walk me through the store to select equipment on a budget of 800$. I was so confused out of my mind at what the point of this was. I was chatting with this guy walking the isles with me and the words I was using reflected i had intelligence. Anyway we ended under the 800 budget (not sure if tax is included).

He went back in with the manager, then came back out saying you did pretty well or something of the sort. What ever the impression he gave it had to of been professional to be fake, and it was a good impression in my eyes. He said you'll probably get a call in a few days if you get the job.

Any input on this 'skill testing' technique? By the way this is an A+ PC Tech Position and I am certified

- Thanks Eric Hanlon
