    3gb+ Test file

I have installed an app called SWAPSD on my rooted android, It basicly swaps the External sd card and the internal allowing for more storage space.

My internal storage is 3gb big, so I would like to download a file that is over 3gb or 2 x 2gb to my phone so i can test if this is working

The only files I can think of that are that big are ones like Windows 7 pro or Home premium 32bit which is 2.4GB but they are ISO files or 64bit which is 3.1GB.

Or a decent size game demo from somewhere like gamershell.

I don't know if this is the sort of thing you are looking for or whether it will be possible to transfer them, I assume you just want a big file to copy over and not to actually use?

I know truecrypt allows you to create containers for encrypted storage. you can make them whatever size you want and its pretty much just blank encrypted space.....

Paul - Yes i dont even need to see it, all i need is to 'see' the file space decrease, if it doesnt copy then it hast worked obviously

thorsen - im sorry but this is not an option, all that is doing is creating a partition i think, i was leaning towards a physical file tbh

Just download 64 bit windows ISO from Mydigitallife then, that should do the job.

One of the options is for a file. It would be a physical file of 3GB of space. I can't think of what the extension type is off the top of my head, but it is a file. For anyone who needs a file of a specific size, this is an easy way to make one.
