Day 2 still no smoking today,
its now 11.00 am and i still havent had a spray yet. im trying to battle the cravings to stop them sooner.
as i hate that little pang when you feel the need for a cigarette then remember you cant have one.

What's the spray you are using? Will it be available in my place?

Whatever happened to nicotine gum? I saw several people quit this way since it keeps the mouth occupied while phasing down the nicotine dose gradually.

I believe they had some program that decreased the amount of nicotine in the gum, or amount chewed. One day my friend said he was chewing the same gum with no nicotine now.

I've quit several times. Once for 1 year and the 2nd time for 2 years.
Seems like stress always seemed to trigger me back to smoking.

Try Orange Juice and Vitamin B1(Thiamine 100mg 3x daily) If urge comes try taking a walk to ease the urge.
I am back to half a pack (10 smokes a day) but going to incorporate Nicorette gum to get me over the hump.
Nasty habit to quit but must try again.
    THW

Archie is right about smoking and chewing the gum at the same time....Double Jeopardy
