    Is it a MEMBER thing?

I've been trying to upload signature picture for a long time, now i find out that only Members can do that. That's OK with me, i can wait . But it seems I can't send Private Messages and Visitor Messages as well. So is it also a Member thing?

    The options include,

    Name
    Biography
    Location
    Interests
    Occupation
    Country Flag
    State/Region Flag
    Xbox GamerTag

Except of Xbox GamerTag(I don't have an Xbox), State/Region Flag and Occupation(I still go to school) all have been filled out.

Go to their profile and on the right by their contacts there is an option to befriend that person. The person has to accept it doe
