If you can find Popeye (and perhaps bribe him with a tin of spinach), I'm sure he'll tell you.

I take olive leaf in capsule form. It is a 100% natural herbal antibacterial/antiviral extract and is obtained from specific parts of the olive tree. It is not only safe, but is also a nontoxic immune system builder and helps to lower blood pressure.

I've personally tried to put olive oil on my salad but it doesn't taste any different from ordinary oil, then there are all the categories of olive oil; virgin, super extra virgin!!!!???? I really don't know what is all this hype about.

People are starting to talk about sesame seed oil now and how amazing it is.

You know what. I think the oil industry is creating these hypes to get people to buy the stuff.

As far as I know, a small bowl of olive oil makes great dipping sauce for eating with white bread.

The problem is many versions of olive oil are as tasteless as they can be.

I made an escarole and bean soup this evening. Can't really taste the olive oil.
