I've decided that I'm keeping the same resolution as last year!

1440 x 900 is pretty good for viewing

    I had to change resolutions in 2012 - here's hoping for a better 2013.

Haha, funny. But in all seriousness, I hope we have a better year this year! A lot of bad things happen in 2012

Most definitely do that. I had my first heart attack when I was 32, 1st bypass in April 2000 having been married to my sweetie for six months. Second heart attack in August 2007 just 4 days before flying to England to see my family, second by pass in Jan 2008 and 3rd heart attack in March 2009.
Now my heart is failing (I have heart failure due to all the damage) and it causes substantial pain. My next step is a pump or heart transplant. I say to everyone look after your heart. Even if you have no family history of heart disease (I do, most male relatives die in their mid 50's) be kind to your heart with exercise and get your blood chemistry checked every year. If anyone needs to talk about heart operations, attacks, heart failure etc PM me I will help with what I have lived with for many years. Happy New Year.
Aww bless how lovely, the sentiment I mean not the heart attacks. I will ensure John takes care of his heart and thank you, should I have any questions I will be sure to ask.

I hope you and your family are blessed with a happy healthy year.

I hope you'll get back to your best health, this year, Find out what you need to correct, then go about it with all you have in yourself.
Good luck...I know you'll be rewarded, by your hard work!!!
