Saw this posted on Digg, reading it really puts Windows in perspective, how so much has changed. Not sure if it is actually the first review or not, but it is definitely one of the first.

Promises, promises. More RAM required! Some things never change.....With the introduction of Microsoft Windows,(sic)promises a mouse-and-window show running off two 320K-byte floppy disks and 192K bytes of RAM. (More RAM is required, of course, with each additional application.)
....and some times they doMicrosoft Windows seems to offer remarkable openness, reconfigurability, and transportability as well as modest requirements and pricing.
I do hope that mouse thing catches on though
