    Thread Searching.

    Hi Folks,
Just a simple question, what method do you use when looking for new threads or reply's to threads.
I tend to use the 'New Posts' tab but wondered if any of the related options on the 'Quick Links' tab are better.

It all depends what your are trying to find, if you are looking for threads to help out in the best place to start is the unanswered thread link in the search dropdown.

I use the New Posts. Any that I have made a previous post in will have a little green check mark by it. I also use SF Live RSS feeds to preview posts.

It's not really RSS but a lot of folks keep this open in view and that's how they get to threads so quickly - Live Post

when i first visit the forum ,i usually check for messages then use quick links "threads i posted in" to check for replies.
then i usually browse the new posts and go back a few pages to catch up to when i was last on. or there abouts depending on the time span between visits.
